How long does setup take?

Most firms are generating floor plans within the first session. No data migration or complex onboarding required — just connect and start a project.

Is there a learning curve?

DraftHaus is designed to work in plain language. If you can describe a client's needs in a conversation, the AI handles the rest. Most users are productive on day one.

What happens to our existing project data?

We offer white-glove data import for Pro and Enterprise customers. Your project history, client records, and design files migrate cleanly — no starting from scratch.

Can I cancel or change plans?

Yes, at any time. Cancel from your account settings — no calls required, no cancellation fees. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Do the cost estimates work outside the US?

Starter and Pro estimates default to US regional pricing. Enterprise includes custom regional calibration so estimates reflect actual local material and labor costs.

Is our design data secure?

All projects are stored with encryption at rest and in transit. We do not use customer floor plans or project data to train our AI models.
